HOW WILL COVID-19 AFFECT ORDERS?

We Usually deliver within 3 to 5  hours from the time you placed your order.

We will deliver on time you choose or it may take 30 mins before or after to reach you.

We apologise for the inconvenience however due to strict government regulations, we need to adhere to transport and movement guidelines.

Our team and our couriers are working hard to deliver your items as soon as possible with minimal disruption to you.

Yes, All our deliveries will take place between 9:00AM and 8:00PM even on fridays.

We have thousands of products available that will help your life easier. You can purchase everything which are in stock. Product which we cannot deliver has “Out of Stock” label underneath.

Off-course! Yes, Our primary goal is to deliver as early as possible at lowest cost.

SaveAED employees and customer health is our number one priority. All of our Fulfilment Team are equipped with protective masks, gloves and sanitise continuously and our Fulfilment Centre has undergone a full sanitisation of the premises.

Whilst we can’t guarantee sanitisation of every individual item, you can wipe with soap and warm water or a sanitising agent on arrival of your items, where appropriate.

We’re doing everything we can to make these difficult times just a little bit easier, we’ll make sure to keep you updated with any changes that may affect your orders.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We are Sorry! Currently we can deliver to Abu Dhabi mainland but we are expanding our territory. Our mission is to operate all over UAE, due to lack of resources right now we cannot deliver to Dubai or any other Emirates.

You can track your order by simply accessing Orders from My Account.

You can select your recent orders and check for the order status.

If the order Status says

  1. “Processing” – your order has been placed successfully.
  2. “Driver Assigned” – We have assigned the right delivery driver for you.
  3. “Out for Delivery” – Your items will reach you in 10-30mins
  4. “Completed” – Your order has been completed successfully and we received your payment.

All items will be delivered from our own delivery team, who will inform you when your parcel is out for delivery. Please check your given email for your order status.

If you still don’t received any notice from our side, unfortunately our team might have accidentally skipped your order. Please contact us and inform about your order that we might have missed.

Off-course! Yes, Our primary goal is to deliver as early as possible at lowest cost. For same day delivery,  you must place your order before 6pm

We will charge 5-10 AED depending on your location for shipping only if your order total didn’t reach 50AED.

FREE DELIVERY available only for Orders of total above 50AED.

ORDERS & RETURNS

You can cancel or amend your order within two hours of it being placed. After this period, your order is sent immediately to our warehouse for fulfillment and cannot be changed.
To amend or cancel your order, please contact our friendly Customer Service Team for assistance.

My order is missing items
If you ordered more than one item it’s likely the goodies you ordered will be delivered separately as they are sent from different warehouses. If the delivery time has exceeded 4 working days, please contact our friendly Customer Service Team for advice.

You have delivered the wrong items
We’re so sorry! We try our absolute hardest to ensure this never happens and we’d like to make it up to you. Please contact our friendly Customer Service Team so we can make things right.

My item is damaged
We’re so sorry! We quality check every item to ensure it arrives to you in perfect condition, it sounds like one slipped through the net. Please contact our friendly Customer Service Team so we can make things right.

Firstly, all returns are completely FREE of charge – meaning you never have to worry about additional return costs.
If you’d like to return an item, notify us of your intent within 2 days of receiving your items by emailing us at info@saveaed.ae

Please see below for a list of items we cannot accept returns on:

  • – Fruits, Vegetables, Bakery products & Milk
  • -Baby wipes
  • – Beauty and cosmetic products must be returned unopened and unused, with the seals of any packaging still intact
  • – Clothing and footwear items without the original packaging and tags
  • – Diapers
  • – Flowers and plants
  • – Food and drink products (Only if they are spoiled or damaged)
  • – Swimwear and Undergarments

Unfortunately we don’t offer an exchange service. We will simply issue you with a refund if you have paid with either a credit or debit card, or credit your account with on your PAYAED Wallet if you paid COD for your order. You can then reorder another product.

Currently we accept only Cash on Delivery. We will bring online payments soon to our store. Our COD Service is FREE, we don’t charge anything additional for COD.
